A new smartphone cumming from SONY named XPERIA J, we found few leaked photo of XPERIA J smart phone.

Sony Xperia J gonna be a basic phone with normal features.

GPU: Adreno 200 ( a normal GPU)

with a 5 MP digital camera.

and other features like,

Bluetooth

Wi-Fi

GPS

3g, HSDPA

and OS will be normally Android 4.0 as usual 

Sony Xperia J , a new Sony NXT phone will be a mid-range phone.

Price will be approx Rs.13500 ($250).

So $250 means it is a budget phone.
